Reviewing Work Out Routines

Having fallen out of love with the gym, I’m reviewing home work out routines and products. At the moment, my main focus is the Hollywood Bootcamp online exercise program, which costs £12.50 from Exercise.com.

I want to find fitness solutions that get results, are flexible enough to fit around a busy lifestyle, and are great value for money(of course).
