I’ve made it through the first three weeks of the Hollywood Bootcamp program. I’ve lost 12cm from my ‘before’ measurements, and the videos so far have given me a good grounding in the exercises, and taught me correct form. It’s going to start getting tougher from this point in.. eek!

Good work! Just about every home/online exercise routine will work provided that you stick to it and don’t undo all the exercise by neglecting a proper diet plan. So that fact you are getting results is testament to your willpower
Thanks Trevor, I think you’re right, it’s just finding a program that realistically you can sustain for the required time.
